Very amiable and extremely helpful staff, breakfasts were sensational.
Came here for 3 nights with my kids, everything was very good! My superior family queen room had a flat screen cable TV, air conditioning, and a safe box. The bed was very clean and there was free Wi-Fi.

During my stay at Novotel, I experienced one of the best locations in the city. Being just a short walk to the city center and close to the metro station made exploring Vienna incredibly convenient. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options and a general store nearby. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, giving me a satisfying start to my day. The room itself was clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. Although the hotel had a few minor drawbacks like limited parking and a small restaurant, the overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend Novotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and accessibility. I had a great stay at this value for money hotel.
